What sort of questions and answers, perhaps they have already been addressed?

Do mod's ever get back to us on these things?

Rarely, the community reps have a lot of threads to go through. If they see there is a need to respond they do. If they don't, well...they don't.

like this and fantasia potions?

Transfers have already been discussed (ie reviewed in 6mo to see if it's viable/practical/non-economy breaking). No new post from them means no new information. And fantasia potions the same thing. No new news, no new post.

Lots and lots of player rambling. As for no one listening, do you really have the expectation that every single post and person would be reviewed, thought about, considered, and then replied to? It's a mighty big community and a lot of threads/topics out there. And I really can't think of any MMO forums that has the community reps responding to everything and re-responding to something they already responded to. /shrug I just view it as, if they have information they post it. If they don't they don't post anything.
