Help! How the heck do I make money in this game?

. I am absolutely stumped, other than random tips I make for melding, I can't make jack squat.

Change up your market strategy.

You already have a powerful tool at your disposal. The recent transactions tab. Observe the markets you want to enter first instead of ,"Making "X" items should gurantee me "Y" amount of gil" and entering blindly without realizing, only 50 woolen yarn are sold day and there are 10,000 of em on the market board. This means you'll be competing to be one of the producers who sell 50 a day, which in most cases, you'll be undercutting like mad to stay in this market.

I recommend looking elsewhere for less competitive markets. It maybe less gil but steady gil income is better then not being one of the 50 yarn sellers which yield 0 income.
