Yes because maxing all DoH and DoL is me taking shortcuts. Thanks for the help sir! It was just an honest question.People just want to be handed a solution. There is this mind set in this MMO that I've never seen before. People want constant, easy handouts. Gone are the days of people who look through every crack to find a good market. Meanwhile, those of us who do look through the cracks keep making cash.
I don't know what you're expecting people to respond with. The only methods people will freely divulge are those that everyone already knows about.
As people have said, the best kept secrets are the best methods because... they are secrets. If all you're looking for is confirmation that these do still exist in order to motivate your searching then I can assure you that they are still there. I personally know of two different ways to make well over 100-200k an hour with almost zero effort. I'm sure many more exist but I have no desire to look for them until these money wells dry up, which is highly unlikely in the near future.
Isn't it funny when people point out the problems with the current economy, a certain defensive cluster of apologists flood the thread with, "dude you're lazy, I just made a bazillion gil by falling over...oops sorry I'd tell you how but then I'd have to kill you." PfftI don't know what you're expecting people to respond with. The only methods people will freely divulge are those that everyone already knows about.

Yea because this thread is an in-depth analysis of the game's economics. It's definitely not one titled, "Help! How the heck do I make money in this game?".Isn't it funny when people point out the problems with the current economy, a certain defensive cluster of apologists flood the thread with, "dude you're lazy, I just made a bazillion gil by falling over...oops sorry I'd tell you how but then I'd have to kill you." Exactly! He is asking for help not a friggin lecture, and if you are constantly making 100-200k per hour you should have your own large FC and be doing something you shouldn't.
I don't care about housing and I hate all forms of PvE. I'm too lazy to gather (note my DoL jobs) and the only aspects of the game I enjoy are PvP and crafting. I've got all eight crafts at 50 with stat capped gear and all my PvP gear is penta melded. Hell, I even have 6/8 crafting luminaries and I'm not even legacy.
Wtf would I hoard money for? I don't need it for consumables because I make my own. I don't need to pay people to make or meld gear because I do it myself. Literally my only expenses are materia for new PvP gear and ingredients that I refuse to gather. When I buy a new PvP piece I'll spend an hour or so making enough money to load it up with materia and then go back to PvPing.
People that make money do not owe you and anyone else their secrets to making money lol.Isn't it funny when people point out the problems with the current economy, a certain defensive cluster of apologists flood the thread with, "dude you're lazy, I just made a bazillion gil by falling over...oops sorry I'd tell you how but then I'd have to kill you."
