ps3 controller issues - NOT resolved

So my post before has ended up in the 'resolved' pile, making a new thread as suggested by mod..even though there is currently a lengthy discussion on another thread about these issues.

Still fed up of my character just running off (most of the time it veers off in an arc) by itself even though I've stopped pressing the analog stick (has to take multiple inputs in other directions to make it stop moving)

Being unable to stop your character running off the edge in titan is so frustrating.

Are you taking care not to press L1? I sometimes accidentally turn on auto-run when I adjust the camera when running/walking. Not sure what your case involves though.

Yeah I'm sure I'm not..I'll be running forward with analog then let go and character veers off (always to the left) and i have to keep moving the analog to make it stop. .replaced controller and it still does it

I don't want to be wrong, but it might have been added to the 2.15 fixes.

It does kind of sounds like what I am experiencing. .though I have my fingers no where near the L1 (or even L2) when it is happening..unless my controller is so sensitive that the air is setting it off hahaha. I always thought with auto run though it runs in the direction you last inputted? I will be running forward then it runs by itself to the left even though I haven't input to go left *sigh*

its not you.. i can say this happens to me and my husband both.. at the exact same time. We have replaced controllers, downloaded updates, got better internet, paid $100 for ethernet in our pc room, and even saw we had the same problem at the same time 5 hrs apart from each other on two different internet connections. If you go back on forums you will see this problems been brought up by people more then a few times and SE not only doesn't look in to it, they don't even acknowledge it.. Honestly ive been here since 2010 love this game but im ready to quit because i look like a fool every time my controller runs me off the edge on titan or locks me in place for 5 seconds.. made worse by some player who says "I don't have that problem so it's you.."
