Scholar Pet Healing macro help.

I'm looking for a macro that will make my pet heal my Focus target.

I use the pet on obey. I like to manually use the pet instead of auto.

Wanting a macro that i can put a focus target up (Tank)
and have a macro that my pet will heal the focus target with Embrace.

Have no idea how to even start to make this macro.

I think it will be something like this (I'm not in game so this might not work)

/micon "Embrace"
/pac "Embrace" <f>
/pac "Embrace" <t>

Should heal you Focus Target or failing that your current Target. Hope this helps / works!

That will correctly display the icon for Embrace (or at least it will display Eos's Embrace icon; I haven't had any luck getting Selene's to display). Other than that, spot on.

Problem with this is if focus target is an enemy, fairy will just heal herself.

Personally I use 2 different macros depending on the fight:

Mouseover or Focus:
/micon "Embrace" pet
/pac "Embrace" <mo>
/pac "Embrace" <f>

Mouseover or tank:
/micon "Embrace" pet
/pac "Embrace" <mo>
/pac "Embrace" <2>

What with all the Tank switching now and focus target being on boss 90% of the time it works well for me. Might go back to having Embrace on it's own key but haven't had much reason to yet...

I'm on PS3 and I have the same problem as well as sent in a bug ticket about it. From what I've gathered so far it seems to be a PS3 specific problem that doesn't allow you to use Selene's Embrace in macros.

Selene/Eos buffs, 1 button (for Eos, pop Rouse manually as you do this)
/micon "Fey Light" pet (or anything, doesn't really matter)
/pac "Fey Glow" <p>
/pac "Fey Light" <p>
/pac "Fey Illumination" <p>
/pac "Whispering Dawn" <p>
/wait 1
/pac "Fey Illumination" <p>
/pac "Whispering Dawn" <p>

*Wait is for slightly more consistent control over Eos; mashing the input can sometimes make her do Whispering Dawn before Fey Illumination. For Selene you just hit this every 30 seconds and you'll get alternating buffs.

Silence:
/micon "Silent Dusk" pet
/pac "Silent Dusk" <f>
/pac "Silent Dusk" <t>
