Because Chirada does a high-powered Downburst that does about as much damage to the tank as Suparna's Wicked Wheel, and occurs at about the same time. It is pretty much the same risk to the MT to tank Garuda + Chirada together.

Chirada Downburst can be aviod just by walking thru her. also it does less damage than sup WW. Plus boss+ Chi = no jump/swapping place then feather rain, (provide you kill Sup first)

I play drg and tank but they just take more damage. One slip and you don't have any hp, if the tanks are low heals won't notice. With drg too if you macro you could land in aoe real easy if you don't watch out. Idk about pugs, they just suck all around
