Issue: People keep withdrawing until they get an instance in progress for Crystal Tower Raid.

Solution given: Lets make it only say 0/1 for in progress, and say nothing for a Fresh Instance. This will stop people from knowing what boss the in progress group is on.

Resulting problem: Original issue was never addressed (being able to differentiate from 'in progress' and 'fresh' in the first place)
