The new Spring Skirt is dyeable, but it's a long skirt rather than a mini which I think is what you're after.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I am indeed after a mini for my outfit.
The Acolyte's Skirt is an option for me, but I'm not entirely happy with the ankle part of the skirt. :3
