There is an outfitter, I think fairly linear to the Ul'dah aether. I think there are two version of the outfit, one that can and can't be dyed. Not sure which the shop carries though. It's unisex.

The Vath chest piece quickly became one of my favorite items. I love that cloak. I wasn't too keen on the rest of the set though and one thing lead to another and I became Faris.
