If I am not mistaken that's the Elite Storm's set, albeit the Disciple of War one rather than the WAR/PLD/DRK only one right? Is there just weird lightning that makes it seem turquoise in spots?

Hat and pants are from the Storm Elite DoW set, yes. The gloves and boots are from the tank set. Axe is Storm Elite as well, of course.

It's extremely gratifying that they go so well with the Sky Pirate coat.
