It's not the spring skirt but a new skirt that requires the exact same craft materials and looks exactly the same, and is for both sex ( yes I don't know why they did that and not put spring skirt to everyone )

Really? Wow. That seems like a lot of trouble when they could have just changed some tags around and added some text to the item description box. I don't get it either. But hey, at least we can wear it. Jedi and Sith cosplay incoming!

Actually, plain skirt does not have the bow that spring skirt has.

^ This above, and the spring skirt is a part of the female spring dress set, so I guess it made more sense to add it in as a new piece rather than just editing the spring skirt. It looks so much like the spring skirt though that I was wondering why they even bothered just to take the bow off the spring skirt, until I started seeing male characters wearing it.
