There are dyeable sets, but they require some incredibly rare mats. As far as I'm aware, the only way to obtain the mats to make them (Taffeta Cloth and Light Steel Plate) is to get them from a high-level Venture.

Taffeta loincloth. Like the previous poster mentioned, craftable, but extremely rare mats. Can be dyed, unlike the Coliseum gear.
