    The Dragoon has the Thancred Coat + Boots and the Extreme survivalist pants and the standard Halfgloves (I usually use my Hyuran starter ones but any would work really)

    The Monk one has the AF1 augmented Bodypiece, the Kirimu pants + boots and the eikon leather armguards of striking (which can create really cool looks when combined with the right bodypiece!)

    As for the Tanks, quite simply the Sohm Al gloves and pants paired with south seas talisman and moonfire caligae (any type of sandal would work - the main draw is to show the leg tattoo that comes with the pants.
