Can't open Quest Coffer (Posioned Hearths[Paladin 45 Quest])

Area and coordinates: Southern Thanalan (X:23,Y:11)
Steps:
1: I started with the 2 Southren Chest of this Quest.
2: I did to the Area where Bug occurs and dismounted.
3: Stepped in the Black Quest Area and killed the 2 appeared Monsters like in Step 1.
4: Walked to the Coffer and wasn't able to open it.

I have exactly the same problem on Lich. I also submited a ticket. Many other Paladins on Lich have the same problem.

Yep me too having the exact same problems, it's hindering my progress from getting the relic weapon.

Also from the server lich eu.

Having this same issue on Ragnarok - 8pm 10th Jan. There are also 2 other paladins there who cannot open.

Please at least acknowledge this is an issue!

I'm the other paladin <o/ Working on my second character. No wonder there is a shortage of tanks >.<
