    friend request bug

    I don't know if this is actually a bug per se, but it happens every time. I finish a dungeon, then try to send a friend request to one of my team mates, and the game claims it can't find them. I scroll back up to the last party message in my chat box and use the sub menu, if maybe my particular method is the cause?

    if its through duty finder they may be on a different server then you

    As said above - you're unable to send request to players on another servers or to those on the same server who went offline in the meantime.

    We encourage you to attempt the suggestion offered by krazyrs. As you have not responded, we are going to go ahead and assume this has resolved.
