    How to unlock coil dungeon?

    I have done all the primal hardmode and it said that Urianger will give me the quest Alisaie's Pledge but it still doesn't show me... how do i unlock coil dungeon???

    You sure you didn't pick up the quest? It should send you to Wineport to see Alisaie and do a short quest which will then unlock the dungeon. It won't appear on your Duty Finder list, though, if that's what you're expecting.
