    DTR increases the other stats, as well as damage in general, it's hard to beat. Apparently you need a (currently impossibly) large amount of DTR before CRT starts passing it up in usefulness.

    DPS calculators and parses have shown that skill speed just isn't as beneficial to DPS as the other stats.
