    For new dungeons/raids in 2.2 and beyond.

    SE should really look how they approach achievements in this game. Currently, the achievements we have are, for the most part, time sinks. What they haven't tapped into are the achievements that make old content stay current.

    Once any dungeon or raid is on farm, it becomes a boring(unless the encounters themselves are truely innovative, creative, and fun) job to clear at the start of every reset. What I've experienced in other MMOs are the achievements that keep that farm content current and fun make farm content bearable. These achievements give rewards for that category, not unlike what we've seen with some achievements here, once you complete them. The rewards for these achievements can be something as small as a title, or something as grand as a mount or a trophy to put in your house. In my post-edit, I'll give examples of achievements that take current encounters to a new level(some of which is already being done).

    Binding Coil of Bahamut
    Turn 1
    -Kill Caduceus without feeding any slugs.
    -Kill Caduceus with 8 stacks of his empowered buff(I forget the name).
    -Kill Caduceus after having fed him 5 slugs.

    Turn 2
    -Kill ADS after killing all of his support ADS.
    -On separate occasions, kill ADS with each of buffs/debuffs.
    -Kill ADS within 5 clicks from the start.

    Turn 3
    -Complete Turn 3 in under 10 minutes(I've never actually timed it so could be drastically shorter... maybe even 3 minutes)

    Turn 4
    -Complete Turn 4 after having each Dreadnaught consume 4 spiders.
    -(Assuming the encounter is completed after all dreadnaughts are dead)On separate occasions, complete turn 4 while leaving one each of the following remaining after all dreadnaughts are dead.
    -Complete Turn 4 without the enrage pulse going off.

    Turn 5(I'm sure there are many that could really push either healing or dps to a whole new level, but I myself am not as experienced on this fight)
    -Complete Turn 5 after everyone successfully dodging Divebomb.
    -Complete Turn 5 after only 2 conflagrations.

    **After having completed all said achievements, you would reward the conqueror item, something like an ADS mount or Twintania model mount.**

    Crystal Tower(These achievements would be easier)

    Bone Dragon
    -Defeat Bone Dragon without any skeletons reaching him.
    -Defeat Bone dragon after 10 skeletons have reached him.

    Thanatos
    -Defeat Thanatos with all magical pots remaining.
    -Defeat Thanatos after only 3 ghost cycles.

    King Behemoth
    -Defeat King Behemoth after everyone has successfully dodged Ecliptic Meteor
    -Defeat King Behemoth without any bombs, towers, or giants destroying a comet.

    Acheron
    -Defeat Acheron after everyone avoiding "everything"(sounds a lot harder than you think with pugs)
    -Defeat Acheron without anyone being under the effect of grip for more than 5 seconds.

    Mini-bosses
    -Kill all 3 Atomos within 3 seconds of each other.
    -Kill all 3 Vassagos within 5 seconds of each other.
    -Kill all 3 Vassagos without letting any napalm reach the middle or any balloons exploding.

    **After completing all these achievements, you could get one of those crystals to put in your FC house**

    All of this could/would apply to future hard-mode dungeons and current ones as well.
