    Hey. I just wanted to let people having the same issue know that the trick described above helps.

    I deleted the set and right away in the same menu re-assigned the same set that I was already wearing.
    The gear level immidiately jumped to lvl 44.

    Thank you everyone for the help. This was driving me crazy

    My apologies... I should have polished up prior to posting!

    Been waiting for the chest and neck from turn 1 for 2 months now so I broke down and bought the neck... why you hate me Caducius! WHY!!!
