Lost Drops Coil turn 1

Hello Sir,

Me and my friends were doing the binding Coil of Bahamut turn 1 around 7:15 pm east 06-01-2014 and it was my first time ever. Both the suit of heavy Allagan armor and heavy Allagan flanchard dropped. My friends were here to help me so i needed those gears alone and then hit the switch to go to the second floor because they were saying we were doing it and it ported me to another zone and both gears were lost because everybody passed. I did not expect that the gears would be lost upon moving to floor 2 and my whole team was really dissapointed and so was I. My friends told me the GM service could help me out on that issue. Here are the names of my party members for my first coil run: Jorian Ariu, Dom Boom, Zidrux Jr, Elior Overdrive, Ae Wren, Nokui Cassandra. We all really wish you can help me with this issue. Some people reported losing items this way before but I cannot remember anyone getting their item back. :/
Leaving the turn is like leaving a dungeon.

Now i know that but when it happened, i did not think it would make me exit the instance. I thought it would port me to the next area like in some dungeons, where you have portals and switches that make you progress to another level of the instance so i guess i got confused. I also read somewhere that ppl couldnt get the items back because technically, they were never in their inventory and so they never actually owned the items. Thats sad cause, those 2 great loots are lost in the void forever due to a lack of information in the game. When your in there for the first time, its not really clear and then you add the stress of main-tanking your first big gig and the joy of the nice loot, some things can go unnoticed. In the end, if I cannot get those items back, I trully hope they add some kind of warning message like :Warning, if you proceed you will lose any items being rolled on. or something like that. GMs, I'm not the first one and i wont be the last, plz do something for the future noobs ^^
