Ninix was saying that it was caused by lag from your computer and/or ISP or SE's Instance servers. If it was your computer/ISP, it's not something that SE can Fix. If it was caused by SE's server the only advice I can give you is not to do it during peak hours in hope of getting less lag.

I was in Teamspeak with players of that raid and they sad they had the same- long pause before bombs's blast. Different players had same lag in the same point of time? Dont be funny, please

And what about other issues?
1)Titan begin to stomp, then he destroyed (going to the next phase), but after he destroyed he continues to stomp and only after that jumps to the "sky". Issue? Issue, because he musnt continue to stomp, if he destroyed
2) The same issue with the Landslide
