Anyway that's the point to a compromise, no one gets what they really want. You lose a little cash and I lose a little time. I think it balances out.

That, although worded somewhat bittersweet, is true. We who like going to retainers "waste" our time, while you get your items right a way with a small tax. I don't think that's bad...
