Seriously, the level of stupidity of the comments supporting the MWs baffle me. Kilta's trying to suggest that it's faster than an auction house (although as someone who says she played 12 hours a day for 6-7 years on FFXI, it's clear she's happy to totally waste her time), and then we have people saying gems such as "Zoning in MWs is a good thing, last I heard people like zoning!"

Literally unbelievable.



How is that a compromise. People. Should. Not. Be. Punished. For. Wanting. To. Play. The. Game.

Fighting through a shitty ward system isn't what I'd class as playing, grabbing what I need and leaving the city to go kill stuff, is.



Honestly I think I'm just going to ignore Sonic, either he's trolling pretty bad, or he really is totally out of touch and unable to look at the situation this game is in remotely objectively.

Can't blame him for being angry when people like you and Kilta are posting your crazy posts here (With a hint of rudeness sprinkled into them). Instead of having a convenient system like EVERY OTHER GAME I should have to pay more or be forced to use something that some masochists and people with "unique" tastes prefer? Yeah awesome idea. Game of the year material.

You should only be able to run at top speed for a couple of minutes, then have to walk for a while because that's what real life is like. If you want better than that, there's a nasty tax for some magic boots.

I'm yelling at you because your posts are ridiculous, you're rude, and you try to play it off like you want "everyone to be happy" when in reality you really just want to cater to the players in your small bunch who enjoy bad things.

You want things to be fair for everyone, so players should have to pay extra to use something that's in every other game, yet no other game charges for it. However, the players who are content with the dogshit market wards that are currently in XIV get off scott free, because hey fuck everybody else right? You're assuming that I have alternative motives, but you're wrong. I want the MW to be enjoyable to all players, and what would I have to gain from putting other players out and saying "f you" to them? I want this game to be successful because I want to continue to play with my friends and have a good time. I gain nothing from trolling or trying to put others and their ideas down. Edit: Sorry, Wolfie apparently just wants the physical aspect removed, but if you can buy from the menu it hardly matters to people that want to use that or not if there is a physical part, whilst people that enjoy the zoned wards can still do so.

People don't want to have to work before they can have fun, and it just seems like needless taxation of servers and hardware when they could just do away with it altogether.

Contrary to popular belief of players, some like to browse. I am one of them. I actually like going through retainers and see what people are selling and not even searching. Ridiculous time-wasting, right? Well, sometimes I do this and I enjoy it. It's fun for me, and at least for those who don't enjoy it could purchase from the instant menu. That's why I do want that implemented. I don't understand why people can't just advocate having that and stop demanding physical wards being taken away? Some people enjoy it, why would you take that away from them if there are alternatives?

But wouldn't Eldaena's idea give you what you even if you get charged a little extra? I thought you just wanted a system where you go to a counter, find what you want, then buy it. Anyway that's the point to a compromise, no one gets what they really want. You lose a little cash and I lose a little time. I think it balances out.
