If I'm not mistaken, the majority of the players that have posted here advocating a market wards system, have admitted that more needs to be done...aka they truly want change. I think it's narrow-minded to believe that an AH is just going to solve all these problems. The marketwards do have potential to be great, just like this game, but it needs work. And I think everyone agrees on that.
