Please make level 70 PvP gear crafted!

I think a great idea to help make crafting a bit more useful is to make the level 70 pvp gear craftable (maybe through the use of philo materials?). Much like how Vanya/Gryphon/etc can be crafted. I know it isn't ideal for people who have already completely grinded out their full sets, but if SE wants to do good by them they could also issue a refund. It is also a great way to get people a reasonable PvP set in a short amount of time, which means there are more people PvPing!

Actually, from what I've read somewhere, what they need to do is make it so that each pvp match adds some spirit binding to your pvp gear.

Based on what I read, you can make/buy a set of the i55 pvp gear, use it to rank up to wear/obtain the i70 pvp gear, then turn around and sell the i55 gear you were wearing, because it never even starts binding.
