Perilous Pumpkins daily needs to die

Once I capped my relationship with the Sylphs I never went back because their dailies are so much harder any anyone else's. That said, there's a path through the Sylphlands, going around the right side, that lets you stay out of the line-of-sight of most of the mobs. Once you get the hang of it this quest is a lot easier.

At which point Podling Peril will replace it as your new least-favourite Sylph Quest.

Tip one - target the enemy you need to pass and ensure you do not pass their line of sight - all of them aggro that way. You will not have issues, I assure you.

Tip two (if that doesn't work) - Titan-Egi

Titan-egi actually immediately cancels your invisibility any time it aggros anything. Never have it summoned while doing a quest like this. It will make everything so much more infuriating.

You aren't invisible during this quest, so Titan-Egi taking aggro off of you is actually a benefit...but you are correct - for the invisible quests, you should put your egi away.

Actually, Titan-egi keeps getting things to aggro on me immediately instead of itself. Combined with the fact that Titan runs behind you the entire time, not in front of you, and that you can't actually order it around when you're carrying anything, and I have to wonder if the dev team just really hate Summoner or something.

Do you have Titan in Steady? If so, then he won't do anything - you would need to put him in Guard during this.

My feeling: little cabbage girls, if you want me to run into your tempered sister's lair and kill a bunch of them, just frakkin' say so. Don't give me a song and dance about exploding pumpkin pranks.

I usually ask someone from my FC to escort me, but I have found a path that works. Podling Peril on the other hand... that I can't do alone.
