I really wish they would. i mean, it would add to the playtime, and i think it'd be fun. But if they ever do it, hopefully its not as confusing as final fantasy VIII's card system. but then again, that could just be me :I

There will be - It will be related to FATEs too. Every FATE will drop a new card for you to obtain. Also, Titan/Garuda/Ifrit Nightmare mode will drop their respective trading cards at a 45% chance with a 2 week lockout.
Maybe once the Golden Saucer hits.

the card game would be awesome to have. But, I really hope if it is implemented that its not limited to a certain location. I would like to be able to walk up to someone and just challenge them to a card match.

I couldn't agree more. They should also allow for people to trade with each other. but that's just my opinion.
|~(Hello!
I'm from the server exodus, and I would love to have others play with me!
Just send Zianox Xerrani a Moogle-Mail if you want to adventure together!)~|

Poker would be sick lol, but I would totally enjoy tetra master/triple triad
Tetra Master Please. I was so sad when I heard they brought down the servers.![]()

I fear they'll introduce some kind of poker-like cardgame in ff-design.
Let's just hope that SE has more than one minigame for us when they open up goldsaucer.
As long as its not something stupid and incredibly basic like a black jack minigame.
My vote would be for tetra master, especially if they made it work like FF9 and you could either buy cards or get them as rare drops from monsters. Would give people something to collect.
