Anyone have any idea what I could do to fix this?
I had an old 560 ti and it ran the game on Maximum pretty much as well as this brand new card does. Is this a known issue? I've reset all my settings by trashing my config files and still nothing.

Is it just FFXIV or are other games you play on PC also having this issue? If you don't have any download some trials and check it out. Should help with figuring out the problem.
BF4 runs literally 150x better than my old card. I have tested and had positive results with other games too. FFXIV is the only one I really don't see a boost in. I don't think at Max I should be getting 15 fps in Mor Dhona.
15 FPS in Mor Dhona in general, or in Revenant's Toll specifically?
try checking for your GPU's temperature check if its not too hot while* playing, and also try remounting or reinstalling your GPU and the powercables on it, my graphics card is also GTX 760.
uninstall old drivers, install most up to date drivers, if you've done that, try a different driver, maybe the most up to date one has issues.
I did a clean install yesterday with the latest drivers. Tonight I guess I'll have to research old drivers.
Does anyone else use this same card and have any issues like what I'm experiencing ?
what kind of processor are you running? no increase in GPU is going to make a difference if your CPU is bottlenecked.
also how much ram
I have that same videocard and a core I7 processor and get anywhere between 20-30 fps in Revenants toll. That is the only place where i have that low fps. All other places are between 50 and 125 fps.
