Thread: I can't get any reward from either Odin or Benemoth after patch 2.1

I am not sure it's just me or anyone else having this problem
I used to get reward from these two FATE if I completed with gold or silver medal.
After the patch, the reward window never pop up no matter which medal I got.

The weird part is .... FATE of Odin and Benemoth is the only exception ... I am doing fine and getting all the reward from seasonal or quest event...

I have tried at least 4 times to ensure I did join the FATE and completed as silver medal (confirmed with my group which all of them have no problem on getting reward..) in the same time without any connection lost. The message "FATE COMPLETE" also popped up .. without reward window...

I have sent bug report, mail contact with no-reply ..

Is there anyone have the same problem and got it fixed?
it's really unfair and frustrated...

There are times when the reward window will fail to show up and it happens mostly with Odin?Behemoth but Ive seen it happen with Steropes in Coerthas as well. I suggest next time you do one of those FATEs that you check your gil and/or seal count and if you should be getting silver check your inventory to see if despite the window not popping up you ARE receiving the rewards. Also are you a healing class? If so ensure you toss a few nukes at the boss since healing alone will not normally get you a reward.

I have checked the amount of odin's mantle in my inventory and
confirmed no reward has been received.
I did nuke during the FATE as healer (battle message showed I have done some dmg to Odin without missed), maybe next time I will change to DPS to see if it helps.
