    cannot log in 1 character

    When I try to log into one char on my account (the main one of course) the screen freezes and I get a "game not responding" and I have to cont-alt-delete to end program. I can log in any other character on my account, and have no issues. the character in question is logged out at the crystal in mor dhona. not sure what to do about this. any ideas?

    might be a damaged character config file
    try renaming the relative folder in documents > my games > ffxiv folder
