What server should I transfer to?

I'm a level 30 dragoon though, I wouldn't wanna go through all that again I rather just pay the 18 bucks and have fun

Try going to a server and starting, whilst you wait for recommendations here. I suspect you'll get so far so fast you'll understand why "start over" is such a strong suggestion. With no levels in other classes bar your job requisite, no gear that took time to earn... Essentially you get two months playtime (Assuming you pay for that instead) for a couple of days catch-up.
