Looks like they didn't give people free Transfers, but I'm stuck on the JP ultima server, there are hardly any players on and I'm level 30 dragoon, and hardly any of the english people are there any more. I stopped playing after the first free month cuz of log in issues, and I need to know the best NA server that has players of all levels, cuz if I'ma spend 18 bucks on a transfer (which should be free) I need to make sure its the right place.
