Keeps all my combos on the first bar as well as the main buffs and jumps so I can see as soon as their recasts are up. Stuff not used as often is on the 2nd bar except for fracture really. What I do is apply phlebotomize and then switch to the 2nd bar during gcd and hit fracture, then switch back. Doing that also allows me to get a quick glance on the cool down of internal release, and invigorate if I need it. It's not ideal setup looking back, but that's how i set it up at the time and now I'm just used to it. The other moves on 2nd bar are just defensive or not used very often at all.

I also have a 3rd bar for common crafting abilities and a 4th bar for common abilities across all classes (L2+R2). My config is set up to only allow my first to bars to be tap selected while my weapon is drawn, so in battle I can only toggle between my first 2 sets without manually selecting the set number.

I use my L2+R2 bars for things such as sprint and calling mounts, etc. I guess I could throw LB on that set as well but I've been doing it the other way so long that I'm just used to it. I imagine i'll have to use the L2+R2 bar for combat in the future once lvl cap is raised, but for now this works good for me.
