caps on all side quests and missions

I was really speaking more to the people who completed it after the caps were lifted but before leveling to 80.

Well... I am not playing FFXI anymore so really in my heart I would say no they don't deserve the same thing others got by skill and perseverance BUT my head says sure they can have it since anyways that gear is probably out-dated with the level raised to 99. So they can have it even tho they should feel no accomplishment on getting to the end of it.

Edit: err I didn't see your "before leveling to 80".. if they did all the missions on the appropriate level, sure they shoud feel good about themselves, if they did ALL the missions on level 75-80 (like even the promies lvl 30, the mammets, diabolos, etc) then it's still the same.. no real accomplishment for them.
