    The problem with having content scale up is that if a rank 50 player wants to help a rank 20 player the quest is no longer rank 20 its now rank 50, locking out the rank 20 from being able to get in on the fight and detering high lv players from helping low lv players. I imagine it would be some work but beyound just sticking one arbitrary cap they could allow you to adjust the cap increasing the lv and difficulty of the boss your facing so it would be optional. All in all im all for caps.
