But your second paragraph just said exactly what i think...

the concept of someone just lowering there level to do it is absurd like i started op stating, no one in there right minds would just drop to rank 10 to do a mission with a group. a group wouldn't want to do it. people don't do things if the game doesn't make them.
If the person wouldn't do this by itheir own will, why would forcing them to do so make things better? This is exactly the point regarding lv cap...some people just don't want to play in a gimp version of his class because the game is forcing it...some people like it...some people like losing EXP when you die too...they think its exciting lose EXP ang get lv down because you died right after lvling up...but that's the minority...most players just want to have fun...they don't like cap, they don't like losing EXP, they don't like being forced to play in a different way they want.

If you want something to make stuff more challenging, ask sidequests to have difficulty option just like levequests...that's a very good point Skeloton said...insted of pulling players down, leave the option of adjusting the quest to player's rank...he can play it at default way tor just set it harder. ^^
