Website feedback is filled with non-website feedback

I took a look at the website feedback and suggestions forum and found exactly ONE thread related to website feedback and suggestions. Folks are using this forum as a dumping ground for suggestions related to gameplay changes they'd like made. Really, though, there's NO surprise to that, as folks are full of such ideas, and there doesn't seem to be any forum dedicated to that.

I propose that a new forum is created specifically for players to propose their gameplay ideas. This would help to collect them all in one place, and prevent them from cluttering up other forums like Gameplay, Bug Reports, and Technical Support - and also would allow the website feedback and suggestions forum to be used the way it is meant to be used.

I think this new forum should be placed under Feedback and entitled "Gameplay feedback and suggestions", so folks with a knee-jerk urge to post in the website suggestions might catch eye of it before they do.

I'm sure they know having a just suggestion forum would help since they send most people here when posting suggestions, which hasn't really helped their case when it comes to the forum rules. "Post website feedback and suggestions only please!" "you have a game suggestion!? Take it to the website feedback and suggestion forums!". If anything they just need to change the title to "Website Feedback & General Suggestions".

Shoot even changing it to "Suggestions & Website Feedback" could fix the problem since I'm pretty sure it's meant to be game suggestions, not website suggestions.
