    You might try to submit a report in game through the report system. With the exact time location and all that of what happened they can check the logs to see if there was an actual bug. I've never seen this myself only thing I have ever seen if people move to the area inbetween 1 and 2 before letting their loot drop and it goin to other people.

    Don't get me wrong, but might it be possible, that by any chance you missclicked and hit greed instead of need? This would explain a lot, especially your party members not seeing your roll, but yourself seeing it.

    Nope, I'm sure I clicked Need. By the way, I got a response today, which I paste here, for reference from anyone having a similar problem:

    "We understand that this can be very frustrating. We are currently unable to reimburse an item that was not distributed or had been distributed to the incorrect player. Although our policies may change in the future, that is currently not something we can restore."

    Which is, well. You know.

    In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
