Need/Greed system error in Binding Coils of Bahamut, T1

Today I did as usual the t1 of the Binding Coils of Bahamut, boss Caduceus. When killed, it dropped two items as usual, and one of them was Allagan Gloves of Healing. I am an healer and rolled Need for it, scoring a 34; about thirty seconds later (don't know why he waited before rolling) the other healer rolled for needing it, and he scored a 10. For some reason, the drop was assigned to him. He then left without saying a word, even if we wanted to continue. I am on Ragnarok EU server and have that character's name if needed. I don't know if this is some sort of bug or if it's some type of cheating, but that pissed me a lot. Is there some way to get my item back, since I won it legally?

Something similar happened to me in the exact same place with the exact same item. I rolled a Need (13 or something like that) one of the other members rolled Greed and got 98 sure enough the person that rolled 98 got the gloves. I'm on Cerberus EU

Just to check, did you have free inventory slots or free slots in the armoury chest for gloves?

Yes. 3 free spaces in hand page of Armoury Chest and like 10 free spaces in normal inventory.

By the way, I managed to ask a couple of the guys who were with me during the match. I asked them to check in their chat log for my roll. I am SURE I rolled 34. I saw the roll in the chat and I saw the number on the loot item interface. BUT no one of them saw me rolling in their chat log. They only saw the other guy roll, the 10. It Is like the game ignored my roll. Very, very disappointing. Strange fact: if the game ignored my roll, it should have waited thenormal expiration time for roll before assigning the loot. It didn't. It assigned the loot as soon as the other guy rolled his 10. BUT, my roll was in no one else's chat log. Just in mine.

If things like this happen on a regular basis, regardless of who they happen too, I will stop playing the game completely.

I don't know who you are, if you are correct or incorrect (not trying to defame your credibility), but it matters not.

If the game becomes so glitched that these threads appear with any amount of regularity, I will make sure to bump these threads, even long after I've stopped playing.

If its just a rare occurrence then cool.

Don't worry, no offense taken.
No, unfortunately I don't have a screenshot, but that's for a specific reason: I'm not used to take a screen every time I roll need for something, and I noticed there was something wrong only when the loot was assigned. But when loot is assigned the loot interface vanishes, so the only thing that was possible to screen was the other guy's roll, not any proof of mine.

By the way, from now for sure I will take a screen of every loot roll for important loot.

If you exited after rolling, going into the "lobby" between floor 1 and 2, then you lost your lot.
Entering the lobby is like exiting the dungeon.

No, I didn't exit that. Everything happened inside. I rolled, scored 34, after a while the other guy rolled, 10, and won the item. Then he left the party. I started shouting around to ask people what happened and bla bla bla, you know XD and then we changed area to find a substitute for the leaver
