    keeping him in the middle minimizes movement needed for placing and killing skeletons, makes it so everyone stays in range of healers easily, and makes it so skeletons walk along safe pathways during dead phases.

    pulling him to one end screws all that up and makes the fight about twice as hard since puglets don't seem to be capable of doing an ogc instant interrupt during the long casting time breath and have to cater to the lowest common denominator

    Same thing with Thanatos actually.
    There is literally no reason to split up to the 3 pots, all the stuff spawns in middle and the ghosted group can't protect a pot so the other 2 groups ignoring it are actually making an easy fight needlessly more difficult for no reason at all

    and again with acheron, if everyone runs to the panel right after killing the hands it forces him into ancient flare fast forwarding through that section of the fight and no one is left in middle desperately trying to make it to safety. But instead most of the groups wait for him to start casting the all go into a flurry trying to get the wall up before it goes off

    seems like unorganized groups strive towards inefficiency o_o;

    Admittedly, this is a downside, but it's not a big deal. Healers have to run around more, but then again, we have sprint.

    I have no idea what you're saying here. Once the fight begins, everyone throws a party in the middle and the only reason to split up is to catch adds or healers to heal pots.

    Every group I've run with (and I use DF) runs to the plates after the adds spawn. The ones who continue to stay in the middle are the ones who don't pay attention and die anyways.

    i always stay in the middle cuz ancient flare only hits for 9999 so with 10k+ hp its not problem, sadly he cant be targeted or dmged in that phase
