I'd simply consider that Turn 5 has been out for a while, and been patched since october, while EX primals have been out for 2 weeks. Plus alot of people traveled during the first week EX primals came out. My coil static didn't take a stab at garuda until after new years. Could just be the timing of things. Lots of groups have turn 5 on farm now.

Could be just another version of the telenet hacking that bots use to farm. There's another thread where this was used in PvP and I recall it also used in dungeons to farm chest.

User gets lot's of aggro -> Teleports to location where he can't get hit -> Boss locks up as it seeks a path to reach said target.

With the amount of security holes this game has had in the past, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

The thing you are talking about from 11 was a item glitch I think, but you are right they didnt ban people for up to 6 months. As far as more people with Turn 5 stuff I think its possible that people are simply getting the gear to get it down more often.
