The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak: Invisible Wall

I am sorry if this has been posted before; I did a search but couldn't find it on the forums. My apologies up front if I missed it.

Issue: During a few runs of The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak, I kept getting blocked by an invisible wall right before the final boss; this is not the boss zone lock out wall which I was unable to approach because of the invisible wall. This invisible wall was at the edge of the last goo on the floor before the boss room lock out zone indicator. No one had aggroed the boss; the boss zone was not locked out, nor was the timer counting down to lock out. This issue happened multiple times.

Conditions: The invisible barrier seemed to only trigger if I was still in the goo (or further back into the dungeon away from the boss zone) when someone crossed the boss room zone indicator causing the boss to spawn (simply spawn, not engage). At that point, I wouldn't be able to walk out of the goo and head toward the boss room - I would hit an invisible wall. For clarity, another player would simply cross the boss zone indicator line; no one had engaged the boss yet I was still blocked by a wall.

Work around: I was able to avoid this by having all players wait at the edge of the boss zone indicator line without cross it. Once all players were within a few yalms (1-2), we all crossed together. You can also fix it by logging out and back in.

I have a screenshot of my location, showing where the invisible wall is - I can post that for more clarification if necessary. Also, I am running FFXIV on PC.
