Secondary PC alert

Hello.

Everytime i enter on my other PC, i always get error on login saying someone maybe entering and its not secure. I get an email to change the password.

Its the third time it happens but only on my secondary PC (my primary PC dont do this because was first time i register FF XIV)

How can i make my secondary PC for the login knowing its always me login in?

You can bypass that security check by get the One-time password from either your mobile app or the physical item that give you the one-time code.
The app is free for either android or ios.

Both can be found by logging in on your square-enix account and clicking the One-time Password. For a Tutorial and links for the apps.

But with that software on my smarthphone dont i need to turn on internet all the time i need to connect to my other PC just to have a new key?

The application generates codes without the need of a connection.
The codes are generated by an algorithm stored in the app/dongle. When you authenticate, the server generates the same code based on the serial number of the dongle/app that you register when linking the app/dongle to your account and the current time.

Hummmm i got a problem.

The software on my android is asking for a One Time Key and says that i receive when i register on Square Enix.

I check all emails and found no code. How can i have that code to activate my software??? Im getting tired of chaging password every 2 times per day

Thank for your bashing tip. But in fact, i already did all these.

I even went to the code checker and says i got nothing. Now im thinking, could it be because i got the game from a online retailer and not from Square Enix Store???

And like i said, following the software install, it gets me to the situation i need that code.

EDIT: Oh must say, yesterday at Home PC didnt ask for new password. Today at Work PC same thing, went home and it ask. Looks like random.
