I am really happy you finally found the game that suits your style, and to top it off it's free (of subscription)! Great day for you. Make also nice for me by leaving all of your belongings to either of my retainers. They've already been told that a nice, tall, pointy-eared man will be dropping some things for me.

A normal person would evaluate the situation and either:
1) Decide this is a worthwhile way to spend free time, but there are some things you as a costumer want changed, so you contact the business (Square Enix Feeback!!!!! not other costumers) and see if they can satisfy your needs.
2) Decide this is a worthwhile way to spend free time, although you dislike some things about the service, and decide the pros outweigh the cons and continue to pay for the service.
3) Stop paying for the service since you are not happy with it.

I've never gotten why costumers come here to complain to other costumers about how the business should satisfy their needs. It's like they want therapy or something.
