Please add more apkallu egg camps

There's only 1 good camp for these, and they are used in a lot of the higher tier foods.

Please add more camps like you did for Fleece and Diremite webs. This isn't gilseller monopolized but it is still annoying that there is only this one place to get them, and it's made worse on a high population server like mine.

Does anyone know a leve that has a lot of apkallu like the one that has a bunch of karakul in coerthas, or a crafting leve that can reward them?

I think there is a level 35 leve in Costa De Sol where you had to kill a bunch of apkallus. I forgot the name but the description was something about culling these birds so they don't make so much noises when mating.

I agree with the original poster. All of the other crafts have had their materials boosted except for CUL's main food recipe, which use Apkallu Eggs. There is only one place to get these eggs, and its almost always camped and the drop rate sucks. (not sure if they changed drop rate since 2.1) but I know there is still only one camp with maybe 6-8 apkallu's in it. >.<! Please give us more spots for this. Fighting over these birds is annoying.

There's 17 apkallu in the camp (3 camps of 4 and 1 camp of 5) but no the drop rate wasn't changed at all, and it's still terrible (~20% at best).

I disagree... Adding more camps would mean more supply and would ruin the value of the eggs... its hard enough as is to make gil

Just to clarify:

Level 30, Call Me Mating, 6 Apkallu to kill if you let the last one run off to summon reinforcements. Not all that impressive, but beggars can't be choosers, I suppose.

Yep, and it sucks if you're being over camped by a summoner, who can just throw down Shadow Flare and claim everything as it spawns. If they wont add more spawns or increase the drop rate, atleast make it so that the clusters of mobs are in separate locations across the map, so one person cant hoard them all.

Eggs are always open for farming on my server. I guess people are either not using that food or a different type. Switch servers to Cactuar... All the eggs you will ever need.
