People complain that SE does too much maintenance.
SE does less maintenance.
Stuff breaks.
People complain that stuff is breaking.
"Where's the maintenance to fix this stuff?!"

Problem is every time they "maintain" their servers, they just end up breaking them for several days until they figure out what they broke. They appear to have the worst testing team I've ever seen.
