    I started the download 3mins ago and am at 39.2% >.>

    Seems it sucks for some and only sorta sucks for others.



    Something needs to be done or people will have 50-80hr downloads for 1.18

    I seem to be getting somewhat slow speed even using Bittorrent (granted the download rate is ALOT more bearable compared to using SE's updater)... I've been at a steady 40kb/s for most of the patch
