Full i90s does not make you the best

Your so-called assumption of BiS items for each class of i90s also does not make you the best.

Delivering the highest dps does not make you the best because this does not apply to healer/tanker

It all comes down to how you manage your class, maximize rotation and be fully alert/focused in every single battle. And remember, there is always someone better than you out there no matter what, so nobody can claim himself the best there is but he can claim himself good/expert.

Simple and straightforward.

However, having yourself undergeared in battle is also definitely not going to make you the best either.
