Luminary tool

I got the achievement A Botanists life for me :Eorzea and I didn't get the Luminary tool. Do I need to go somewhere to get it or go talk to some one? Any help would be appreciated.

There's a NPC in Old Gridania at Apkallu Falls.

But no worries, Yoshi-P nerfed and devalued the luminary tools in ARR. They are nearly identical to the easy to get level 50 quest items now and look worse.

All achievements items/rewards are given to the player by the old man at Apkallu Falls. I think they made it like that to prevent people with a full inventory from missing out on their one-time item.
