Is there a way to have the choker sent to another player who participated/helped with the screenshot that won the contest? I recently (somehow) was selected for both the Starlight and Heavensturn contests, which were running simultaneously, and I'd like to pass my 2nd choker to a friend who helped me out for those two contests. If I had known, I'd have let her submit the 2nd screenshot as her own entry into the contest...If you've already received a second one, first please toss it. After you do that you can contact a GM from the in-game support desk and let them know the World and character you’d like to have the Ahriman Choker sent to. Once you've confirmed the character is on your account, we'll deliver the item to the other character.
I only have a single character on my account. Why can't I just gift the necklace to someone else? I have no need for two ahriman necklaces, much less two characters on the same account...Greetings,
If you are already in possession of an Ahriman Choker and happen to have won another one (or want to try and win another one in an upcoming contest), we'll be allowing you to have it sent to another character on your account if you wish.

On a side note, we've prepared new community event items to be used in contests in the future, so please look forward to the participating!
Or just no have same person able for win twice and steal prize from someone else? I are fail for see why somebody would have need of more than one (let them "win", but give prize of someone else).Greetings,

My complaint of contest are that it are very unfair for person who have no forum access, as they can never make for do submission for in game item.
please send me one, I have entered a couple contests but never won, sadly i dont have time to participate in them all but i would really like to win this
or [B]To the DEVS[B] please make some way of obtaining this in game once you start with another winning item

1. SE can't stop people from submitting their entries. They have no control over it. You're asking SE to say 'ok, you got first place, now you can never get it ever again'. That's a huge slap to people who make an effort to participate in all the events the community holds, knowing that their extra efforts are wasted if they win. That in turn will lower interest in XIV events - not something we want at all, is it.Or just no have same person able for win twice and steal prize from someone else? 2. If they give the prize to someone else...what? So the champion of last year's event won this year's event again, but has to give their reward to some no-name person who probably just rocked up halfway and spewed anything out?
3. If you have in-game access, you have forum-access. It is entirely up the playerbase whether they want to submit or not.

Can I pass the choker to my another account since I own 2 accounts? Main reason is unable to post on main account.

Because everytime someone are win second time, they rob someone else of rare exclusive prize. Winning again are reward nothing more than bragging right.1. No because people make for get banned from forum. They are unable for do IN GAME contest because of OUT OF GAME forum. Now you might make for say "Well if they're banned from the forums they shouldn't be allowed to participate to begin with". But these people are no banned from game. They are for make play all day. They are still unable for take part in game contest because of forum. It are no forum contest, it are game contest with game reward.
That is just how contests are, we have no control over what is chosen as a winner. I do agree that it can be a waste of a prize since it's rare/ex, but that's how it is.
If the person got banned from the forum then it is the person's fault, the forums have a set of rules and not following the rules leads to being banned. (Example: Shaming someone on the forums by posting a screenshot about something like in-game harassment and not blurring or blacking out the harasser's name in the screenshot, or directly using said harasser's name in a post). No because people make for get banned from forum. They are unable for do IN GAME contest because of OUT OF GAME forum...
EDIT: I just saw your thread about an alternative entry method, and I agree that one should/could be implemented.
